What do the awards include?
- Complimentary registration for EAPS 2026
- Reimbursement of up to €1,000 for travel and accommodation costs (processed post-Congress upon submission of receipts)
Who is eligible?
- Presenters who have submitted an abstract to EAPS 2025
- Authors with an accepted abstract in the programme
- Attendees who participate in the Congress in person
Award Selection Process & Rules
- Abstracts are evaluated based on scientific excellence
- Awardees are selected from the highest-scoring abstracts
- No separate application is required—all submitted and accepted abstracts are automatically considered
- Only abstracts submitted via the official Congress website before the deadline will be reviewed
- The awards will be assigned during the abstract submission review
