Paediatrics in 180 Seconds at EAPS 2025

The EAPS 2025 Paediatrics in 180 Seconds Session is a live interactive session with a series of short presentations aiming to improve presentation skills.

The competition aims to encourage participants to successfully explain their topic in 3 minutes in a clear way, trying to capture the audience’s attention. The topic can be a research project which the participant may have completed, or the participant may highlight a research question which they feel needs to be addressed in the field of the topics covered by the congress.

Application

The deadline to apply is 1 July 2025. Only participants who have registered or plan to register for the congress should apply.

Preparation

Each presentation should only have 1 slide and last 3 minutes. The presentation will be followed by up to 2 minutes of Q&A from the audience.

Voting

After each talk the audience will rate the talk using the congress mobile app. At the end of the session the chairperson(s) will receive the results and announce the winner (the presenter who received the most votes).

Prize

The winner from the session will each receive waived registration to the next EAPS Congress!
